REFUND POLICY

Appointments: Refunds are not given for consultations.

Immunotherapy: Due to the fact that immunotherapy treatment is ordered on an individually named basis, Queensland Allergy Services reserves the right at our discretion to assess each claim for refund of payment. If you wish to cancel an order and receive a refund, Queensland Allergy Services must be informed within 24 hours of receiving your tax invoice.
